When is your EOFY Sale?
Our EOFY Sale starts on Friday, June 20,
2025 at 9am AEDST.
What products will be on sale?
Everything will be on sale during our EOFY
Sale, including some heavily discounted clearance items. It’s the perfect time
to stock up before they’re gone for good.
Can I also use discount codes during the sale?
No – as products will already be heavily
discounted, all other discount codes will be disabled during the sale period.
Can I return or exchange something I bought during the
EOFY Sale?
Returns and exchanges depend on the item:
- Personalised or embroidered items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked as Final Sale or discounted by more than 30%: Cannot be returned
or exchanged.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-personalised items: Eligible for store credit only, if your return is
initiated within 14 days of delivery.

You have a 6-hour window after ordering to
change or add non-personalised items via the link in your confirmation email.

What are the shipping costs during the sale?
We’ll be offering $9.95 flat-rate shipping
Australia-wide.
Express shipping will not be available during the EOFY Sale.
Is Click and Collect available?
Yes! You can select Click and Collect at
checkout.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 3pm
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
When will I receive my order?
EOFY is one of our busiest times, so please
allow extra time for processing:
- Non-personalised items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Personalised or embroidered items: Dispatched within 5–7 business days
Tip: Order early for the fastest turnaround on personalised pieces.
