We'd love to, but with so many orders coming through, express shipping and Priority Processing are paused during the sale. Every order is made in the order it arrives, so it's fair for everyone.

Everything is sent with Australia Post or StarTrack.

Yes! Pick-up is free from our studio in Drysdale, Victoria (just outside Geelong). Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

We sure do. Shipping outside Australia and New Zealand is calculated at checkout.

Couriers are extra busy at this time of year, so parcels can take a little longer. Here's what to do:

• Check your tracking number on the Australia Post website.
• No update? Email us at hello@bridetribes.com.au with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Personalised or embroidered items

• These are made just for you, so they can't be returned. All sales are final.

Non-personalised items

• Items marked as final sale can't be returned or exchanged, unless they're faulty (and the fault wasn't mentioned in the product description).
• Earrings can't be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Everything else can be returned for store credit.

Because everything is so heavily discounted, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds during the sale. But don't worry, we're happy to give you store credit instead so you can choose something you love.

• Head to our returns page and follow the steps.
• Please start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

We're so sorry if this happens! Email us at hello@bridetribes.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement, correction or refund.

Non-personalised orders

• Easy! Just use the edit link in your order confirmation email.

Personalised and embroidered orders

• These go into production quickly, so we can't change them once they're placed.
• Email us at hello@bridetribes.com.au and we'll refund the incorrect item so you can reorder it.
• Please add shipping to your new order, as we can't promise both orders will be sent together.

Our sale prices are the best you'll see all year, so discount codes can't be used on top of them.
