About Bride Tribe

Bride Tribe is an Australian based business operating out of Drysdale, VIC. We are a small, all female team who focus on getting ready outfits and bridesmaid gifting, personalised in house with our own embroidery. We were established in 2011 and have been part of over 90,000 bridal parties since, with real photos from real brides across our socials.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail focused Embroidery Packer to join our production team. This role sits at the final step before an order leaves our workshop, checking, packing and preparing embroidery orders so they arrive exactly as they should. You will be the last set of eyes on every personalised item, making sure the spelling, placement and finish are right before it heads out the door to a bride and her girls.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect completed embroidery for correct spelling, placement, colour and overall finish
• Check items against the packing slip to confirm the correct items, quantities and sizes
• Fold and pack embroidered garments neatly and securely for shipping
• Apply postage labels and allocate parcels to the correct courier
• Bring gifting items together with embroidery orders so everything ships as one complete package
• Flag any issues early, before a parcel leaves the building

What We're Looking For

• A sharp eye for detail, spelling and placement matter here
• Someone reliable and organised who takes pride in getting it right
• Comfortable working at a steady pace as part of a small, hands on production team
• Previous packing, warehouse or production experience is a bonus, not essential
• A team player who is happy to ask questions and flag things rather than guess
