We’re an Australian-owned business based in Drysdale, Victoria, Australia.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse by our in-house team.

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.

How long does dispatch take?

Does personalisation add extra time to my order?

Yes. Personalisation requires additional processing time for embroidery and quality checks.

If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Can I send items as a gift?

Yes.

Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. We don’t include pricing on packing slips, making our orders gift-ready.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once you receive your email.

What happens if my order is delayed?

How do I choose the right size for my bridesmaids?

Each style has its own size chart on the product page. We recommend checking bust, hip and waist measurements and comparing them to our chart. If your bridal party is in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Are your pyjamas and robes true to size?

Yes. Our sizing has been refined over the years based on feedback from thousands of brides. Most customers say our robes and pyjamas fit true to size — relaxed but flattering.

What’s the difference between robe styles?

Classic Satin: smooth, lightweight satin with a glossy sheen.
Rosie Lace: matte satin with lace trim and a soft, romantic look. ( Perfectly matches our pyjamas)
Love Lace: elegant satin with lace sleeve detailing.
Ruffle: Soft, flirty, matte, chifon feel, with ruffled hems.

How do I choose between satin and cotton pyjamas?

Our satin pyjamas have a smooth, luxe finish that photographs beautifully, while our cotton and linen blends have a soft, breathable feel — perfect for warmer months or relaxed mornings.

What if my bridesmaids are different sizes or heights?

That’s completely normal! Our range includes inclusive sizing (up to 24) so everyone feels comfortable. You can mix different sizes, colours and even styles within one order.

Can I see a preview of my embroidery before ordering?

If you choose embroidery, you’ll see a live preview on most product pages (where available). For other items, our team carefully sets up your embroidery using your selected font and thread colour.
