As our products will already be heavily discounted, all other discount codes will be turned off.
How can i access the free gift?
Simply spend over $150 during our sale, and the free gift will automatically be added to your cart.
Can i return/refund something i bought during the Black Friday sale?
Items that are personalised or embroidered cannot be exchange or
returned. Items marked as final sale or discounted by more that 20% can not be returned or exchanged. Due to hygiene - earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Change of mind for non personalised or embroidered items* - we
are happy to offer store credit, if initiated within 14 days of
delivery.

I need to change my order?
Via your confirmation email, we provide the option to change or
add non personalised items for a 6hr period post purchase. If you need to change or add personalised items, please contact customer care at hello@bridetribes.com.au.
Shipping
During our sale, our shipping fee will be a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping will not be available during this time.
Click and Collect
Click and collect will be available during this period. Our opening hours are Mon-Friday 8am - 3pm. Click and collect orders will be notified by email when your orders are ready for collection.
When will i receive my order?
BFCM is our busiest time of year. Non personalised or non
embroidered - our aim is have your order dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Embroidered or personalised items - Our aim is have embroidered
or personalised items shipped with 5-7 business days. The earlier you place your embroidered order, the faster your order will be dispatched.
The products i want are out of stock
