Our team works around the clock during sale periods. Please allow 5–10 business days for dispatch. For embroidered or personalised items, please allow up to 14 business days. We'll send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Sorry — once your order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations during our sale period. This includes embroidery, sizes, and colour changes. Please double-check your cart carefully before checking out!
We offer store credit only for returns on sale items — no refunds. Personalised or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@bridetribes.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Once an item sells out, it won't be restocked during the sale — so if you love it, grab it before it's gone! We recommend creating a wishlist ahead of time so you're ready to shop the moment the sale opens.
