Do you offer rush orders or express shipping?

At this time, we are fully booked for 2025 personalised orders and are unable to offer rush orders.

Are loungewear items made to order or ready to ship?

Our loungewear pieces are made to order, which means we begin preparing and customising your items once your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of sizes, colours, and personalisation options. Please allow time for production and processing before your order is shipped.

Can I return or exchange loungewear?

All of our loungewear items are made to order, allowing us to offer a wide range of styles, colours, and embroidery options.

We’re happy to offer exchanges for our Bride, Wifey, and Hubby designs.

However, as customised pieces (including those with alternative thread colours, apparel colours, or personalised names and titles) are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

What size should I order if I’m between sizes?

If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing your usual size or sizing down for the best fit. Our loungewear is designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit, so there’s a little extra room for ease and movement.

Do you offer custom loungewear for bridal parties?

Yes! We offer custom loungewear for individuals and bridal parties. Each piece is made to order, and while only a limited range of colours is shown online, we actually have a much larger variety available.
