Returns & Exchanges Policy
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.
Personalised & Embroidered Items
All personalised or custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit for change of mind.
Customisation includes:
- Names
- Initials
- Dates
- Colour-change embroidery requests
- Custom wording requested by the customer
- Embroidery added during checkout (e.g. name embroidery on robes or pyjamas)
Standard Text Loungewear (Not Custom)
Loungewear featuring standard, pre-designed wording such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Wifey, Hubby is not considered custom, provided no additional personalisation has been added.
These items may be:
- Returned for store credit, or
- Exchanged for another size or style
Return conditions apply (see below).
Full-Price, Non-Personalised Items
Full-price, non-personalised items are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing and administration fee.
Conditions:
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
- Items marked Final Sale are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
Jewellery
Jewellery items are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and may vary slightly in size, shape and surface texture. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing faults and do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
General wear and tear during normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes, but is not limited to, surface scratches, tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture, perfumes, skincare products or chemicals, and the loss of stones or pearls over time.
Jewellery items must be stored correctly. Jewellery should not be kept sealed in airtight plastic packaging or left unused for extended periods, as this may result in discolouration or tarnishing. This is a natural process and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If a product is received with a manufacturing fault, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Items reported outside this timeframe are not eligible for a return or refund.
Change of Mind
“Change of mind” includes situations where you:
- Received the correct item but no longer want it
- Chose the wrong style, colour, or size
- No longer need the item
- Found the item cheaper elsewhere
Change of mind returns are subject to the eligibility rules outlined above.
Cancellations
All order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing and administration fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, including when embroidery or personalisation preparation has started.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are scheduled to ship at a later date. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and at checkout.
If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 10% processing and administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
Pre-orders that include personalised or customised items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. If there are any changes to your estimated dispatch date, we will notify you by email.
Boxing Day Sale Returns Policy
(For orders placed during the Boxing Day Sale period)
This policy applies to all orders placed during the Boxing Day Sale. By placing an order during this promotional period, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for Boxing Day Sale purchases unless the item is faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

Robes, Pyjamas & Loungewear
Non-personalised, non-customised items purchased during the Boxing Day Sale are eligible for store credit only, provided they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items are returned to us within 21 days of delivery
