Personalised & Embroidered Orders:
Customised robes, pyjamas and gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check spelling and sizing carefully.
Returns:
Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days.
Full-priced items: refund (minus 10% fee), exchange or store credit.
Discounted items: store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
Cancellations:
All cancellations incur a 10% processing fee.
This applies to orders placed 10 December – 6 January.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun (including embroidery preparation).
Jewellery & Final Sale Items:
Jewellery and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
